Refund Policy

Refund requests must be received at least one week prior to the event (by approximately November 13, 2026). A $25 administrative fee will be deducted from all approved refunds. No refunds will be issued after the one-week cutoff. To request a refund, contact Donna@NYSSOS.org.

Early-Bird Pricing Deadline

Early-bird rates are available through September 20, 2026. After this date, standard rates apply automatically — there are no exceptions.

What's Included for Physician Nonmembers

Full meeting access plus a complimentary one-year NYSSOS membership valid through 2027, applied automatically at registration.

Choosing Between Research Fellow and Resident Tickets

Select NY State Research Fellow if you are a research fellow in an orthopaedic surgery program in New York State. Select NY State Residents/Fellows if you are a currently enrolled orthopaedic surgery resident or clinical fellow. Both categories are priced at $50.
